Mind Levels are how you manage the difficulty of Vaas: Insanity. Risk is around every corner, but so are rewards that make you better equipped to deal with the tougher segments of the game.

Being a roguelike, death will send you back to the Safe House where you lose the weapons you’ve unlocked, as well as cash and the temporary buffs you’ve found.
